Shanghai QuanSheng Logistics Co., Ltd. was restructured and established in April 2014 and approved by The National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“New Third Board”) in September. The company’s shares were successfully listed on the system, with the stock code 831151, and it is now a “New Third Board Innovation Layer” enterprise.

The company originated as Shanghai Quansheng Logistics Co., Ltd., founded in May 1999. We are a third-party logistics service provider specializing in commodity storage, material transfer, Circulation processing, domestic transportation, international freight forwarding, and other services. The company is headquartered at 3/F, Zhongyi International Business Building, No. 88 Guangxin Road, Shanghai.  

1. Enterprise Scale

The company’s business is based in Shanghai and radiates to the whole country. There are three delivery warehouses in Shanghai and Tianjin respectively, which are approved as delivery warehouses for zinc, aluminium, lead and tin futures of the Shanghai Futures Exchange; Additionally, we have non-ferrous metal logistics centers in Ningbo and Huzhou. Meanwhile, it is also equipped with professional teams such as transportation, overseas business, and supply chain management, to provide “door-to-door” bidirectional international freight forwarding logistics services.

At present, the total storage space across the company’s logistics hubs is 240,000 square meters, with a total inventory capacity of 1.15 million tons and an annual turnover capacity of 5 million tons.

2. Qualifications and Honours

The company is the director unit of the Shanghai Logistics Association, the executive director unit of Multimodal Transportation Sub-Association under Shanghai Transportation Industry Association, and the vice president unit of Shanghai AI Technology Association.

Since 2005, the company has been accredited with the IS09001 international standard quality management system certification. Since 2007, it has been approved as one of the first batch of warehouses authorized by the Shanghai Futures Exchange for zinc ingot delivery, with 18 years of experience in handling non-ferrous metal futures delivery.

The company is an AAA grade integrated service logistics enterprise assessed by the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing and has been awarded the title of ” Five star Integrity Creation Enterprise ” by the Shanghai Municipal Government. Since 2014, the company has been awarded the Shanghai Famous Trademark and was selected into the Shanghai Key Trademark List in 2022. In 2023, the company successfully applied for 10 software copyrights for its self-developed intelligent warehousing platform system.  

3. Enterprise development

Quansheng Logistics has been deeply engaged in the non-ferrous metal logistics sector for 25 years, accumulating extensive industry experience. We are a well-known and professional third-party integrated logistics service provider in the non-ferrous metal industry, ranking among the top in terms of turnover and market share.

The company has adapted to the industry trend of non-ferrous metal resources shifting towards downstream locations. We invested in the construction of the “Quansheng • Huzhou Logistics Center” in the “Yangtze River Delta Ecological Green Center Port” in Zhejiang Huzhou. The center includes two self-owned railway lines, a hardened outdoor cargo yard, two 7,500-square-meter platform-type stereoscopic warehouses, and a 4-story comprehensive office building. By the end of 2023, the “Quansheng • Huzhou Logistics Center” was fully completed and put into operation. In June 2024, the center will open the container dispatch and reception services on our self-owned railway lines. The logistics center is also the academic-industrial-research base, for multimodal transportation in the Yangtze River Delta, of Shanghai Multimodal Transportation Sub-Association under Transportation Industry Association.

Starting in 2023, the company launched its international strategy to expand into the overseas non-ferrous warehousing storage market. The company established an Overseas Business Division and set up COLINKS STORAGE UNION PTE. LTD. in Singapore to provide new momentum and growth opportunities for sustainable development and enhance the company’s overall competitiveness.

The company places great emphasis on the revolutionary impact of information technology on the logistics industry. It has established a research and development center to recruit high-end professionals and independently develop a “smart warehouse management system,” actively introducing and developing information technologies to empower the concept of “smart logistics,” moving the company further toward becoming a smart logistics enterprise.
